An additional office building with an adjoining workshop is built
Helmers grows to 5,000 square metres of manufacturing space and 1,000 square metres of office space.

Turnover hits €10 m and Ralph Helmers, the company founder, leaves the company on his retirement

The Executive Management Team is expanded to include Stefan Nötzel, who also becomes a shareholder

Around 70 employees and a powerful network of partners with decades of experience work for Helmers in the areas of consulting, sales, aftersales services, technology, automation, production and administration.
Every year, up to six junior employees receive training in the fields of precision mechanics, mechatronics and technical product design, not to mention training to become an industrial clerk and administrative assistant.
2022
Stefan Nötzel – who has been Co-Managing Partner since 2019 – is appointed sole Managing Director. Hubertus Lübbert zur Lage stays on with the company in the capacity of Co-Partner and Technical Advisor.
