Your profile

  • Successfully completed training in a technical environment (e.g. to become a technical draughtsman / product designer or similar specialist)
  • A strong affinity for technology and an awareness of the importance of preparing technical data for commercial processes
  • Experience in working with ERP systems (preferably AP+)
  • A proficient user of MS Office who has a strong affinity for IT
  • A conscientious, transparent and responsible manner of working
  • Someone who enjoys cooperating across departments

Your tasks

  • Processing CAD data in the PDM system for release into the ERP system
  • Processing and maintaining inventory data
  • Reworking drawings and their data during the manufacturing process
  • Attaching bought-in parts in coordination with the Purchasing Department
  • Releasing data in AP+ over the interface from the PDM system
  • Updating data over the interface as and when changes are made
  • Maintaining the designations or developing procedures for naming our items
  • Creating drawings of individual parts
  • Maintaining an overview of documents / assemblies that have already been processed
  • Preparing documentation and manuals so that in-house work processes (CAD > PDM > ERP) are performed in a standardised manner
